Organizing Services

professional organizing for you

Hello! Are you looking for Professional Organizing services?

If so, you are in the right place!

I work full time in the non-profit sector and thus I assess projects in the evenings and organize on the weekends. This means your project is totally doable, just might be structured a bit differently.

Please contact me with details of your project and we’ll craft a solution that gets you to your organizing goals!

Residential Organizing

WITH RESIDENTIAL ORGANIZING I…

  • talk with you and listen to you and craft organizing solutions that meet your needs and make sense for you, your home, and your life.
  • organize your home – all the spaces that you live in and hide from guests!
  • create organizing systems that you and those that live in your house can use.
  • work with you and alongside you to organize your space.
  • support you in reducing the amount of items you own.
  • shop for you if you do not want to head out to stores to collect organizing tools and items.
  • remove unwanted items from your home and recycle, resell, or donate them responsibly.

WITH RESIDENTIAL ORGANIZING I DON’T…

  • work in un-air conditioned areas (i.e. garages, attics, sheds, storage units) when it is over 90F outside. Sorry, just too hot!
  • support individuals with diagnosed hoarding disorders. This needs a specialist and I’m happy to provide referrals!
  • organize mean people, people who bad mouth other organizers, people who don’t respect me, my profession, or my expertise.

RATES

Assessments are $50 per hour. They are usually an hour long for two to three spaces and longer for a whole home assessment, depending on the size of the home/space.

Organizing, shopping, research, and long correspondence (answers that take longer than 15 minutes to write) are all billable at $60 an hour. I keep track of this an will share it with you in a Google Spreadsheet, so you can see all actions and time spent.

Payment

You can pay for assessments, shopping, and/or organizing work on the day services are rendered.

I take cash, check, Chase QuickPay, and all major Credit Cards.

I do require a credit card to be kept on file to reserve assessments appointments.

Virtual Organizing is paid for via Chase QuickPay or credit cards while we are still digitally connected. A credit card number will be needed to book an assessment and if appointments are not kept or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice of our scheduled time, the full amount will be charged to your card.

Cancelations & Rescheduling

I fully understanding not being in a place or ready for organizing and the need to cancel appointments. I want this process to alleviate stress, not add to it!

I also understand the need to reschedule close to the time of your appointment – things pop up, kiddos become ill, the family dog needs grooming, guests are coming in unexpectedly.

My policy is that I need a 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel appointments.

If notice is not given within this time frame, the full amount on the assessment or work day will be charged to your credit card on file.
