Crisis Victim Advocate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provided crisis intervention, peer counseling support to residential and non-residential clients in person and over the telephone.
  • Supported clients with case management services in a non-residential capacity.
  • Acted as a CARE Manager for clients on Legal Advocacy and Counseling wait lists.
  • Liaised with relevant community agencies and resources to facilitate wrap around services for clients.
